About Us
Essence HR Services was conceptualized and created in early June 2023. It is founded by Sujoy Chatterjee, an alumnus of NIT Durgapur and IIM, Lucknow. He brings in 30 plus years of experience in the corporate world having worked in organizations like Uninor, Wrigley, Kodak India,Reliance,Communications, Funskool, Shaw Wallace, Fuji Film, etc. Essence HR Services was created with the single-minded objective to be a successful recruitment partner for organizations.
How It All Started
From the Desk Of The Founder
- After a stint of 30 years across corporates, industries and functions in various leadership positions, I was in search of fulfilling my purpose of contributing to organizations and professionals of the society.
- Fascination of the subject of leadership in general and associated element of recruiting the right person for the right job to build a great team drew me to the sphere of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- My conviction is that I can add value to business ecosystems with my understanding of business situations and challenges across industries and functions and the people related challenges.
- The first step towards fulfilling this objective of getting into the recruitment space was by getting associated with a recruitment firm in Kolkata as a consulting partner in September 2021.
